Free Community Slow Flow + Meditation - Every Sunday Evening at 7pm
The class is a series of gentle yoga postures with the intention of winding down the body and mind. Near the end of class, we will explore both guided and silent mediation for 5-10 minutes, with an invitation to cater the length of your practice to create a compassionate and encouraging experience. This class is taught through a trauma informed lens and is accessible to all abilities.
