We offer a strenuous asana practice; one that is athletic and both mentally and physically challenging. We focus on strength, energy, balance and of course, breath.
Position Description: Teaching Team Members
Better Buzz Yoga teachers are dynamic, creative, thoughtful and values driven humans. Our teachers are active participants in the community, have a commitment to growth, value building relationships with students and have deep care for the studio and culture. BBY teachers deliver creative, empowered, unique and thoughtful classes that encourage students to move beyond asana. We focus on breath, endurance, flexibility, and noticing subtle body sensation all while leaving space for freedom of expression and adapting to the students in the room.
BBY teachers will skillfully instruct students to utilize props, opting in or out of shapes whenever necessary through a trauma-informed and consent-based lens.

WORK TRADE STAFF: SoCIAL MEDIA INTERN
Position Description: We’re looking for folks who would like to help keep our social active and engaged!
This role requires a weekly commitment of two hours and involves sharing stories, liking and engaging with content, responding to messages and helping to create content.
